Description
A ductile iron ball valve suitable for general, industrial and HVAC applications; isolation of air, gas and water. The valve features a 2-piece ductile iron body with built-in ISO 5211 mounting plate, PTFE seats, stainless steel ball and stem.
Available in sizes: 1” (DN25), 1 1/4” (DN32), 1 1/2” (DN40), 2” (DN50), 2 1/2” (DN65), 3” (DN80), 4” (DN100), 5” (DN125), 6” (DN150), 8” (DN200), 10” (DN250), and 12” (DN300), to fit PN16 flanges. Operated by turning a forged aluminium lever for sizes 1” to 6”, with gearbox operation for sizes 8” to 12”.
DIN 3202 Face-to-face F4 for 1” to 6” ball valves, and F5 for 8” to 12” ball valves. The valve has a working temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, and is pressure rated PN16. The valve is both BSI EN331 Gas Approved, and DVGW EN13774 Gas Approved.
