Chemical Seal Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

This 100mm Diameter Gauge features a welded chemical seal diaphragm.

The chemical seal diaphragm is designed to isolate the gauge from process mediums that may be corrosive, viscous or containing solids which may damage the sensing element of the gauge.

Suitable for use in Food and Drink, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical and process applications.

Chemiseal Specification: 57mm (nominal) diameter. AISI 316L stainless steel body/diaphragm. M6 threaded fill hole with grub screw. 1/2" BSP female instrument connection.                     1/2" BSP male threaded process connection with 10mm bore. PN rating 100 bar.

Pressure Gauge Specification Nominal 100mm diameter. AISI 304 stainless steel case. AISI 316L stainless steel wetted parts. Micro-adjustable pointer. Laminated Safety Glass window. 1/2" BSP thread direct bottom connection. Gauge accuracy ±1.0% FSD. Gauge is supplied dry but can be liquid filled if required.
