Description
This Tri‑Clamp hygienic check valve is a non‑return design for applications requiring one‑directional flow. It’s suitable for food and hygienic processing, including Food & Dairy , Beverages , AI Cooling , Direct Air Capture , brewing and cosmetics.
It features a 316 stainless steel body, piston and spring, with EPDM body and piston seals (other materials available on request). Sizes range from 1” (DN25) to 4” (DN100) with Tri‑Clamp end connections.
The internal finish is polished to 0.4 micron, and all joint seals are designed without dead zones to minimise bacterial or debris build‑up.
The valve operates within a –5°C to +135°C temperature range and a –0.9 bar to 10 bar (–13 psi to 150 psi) pressure range for water at 20°C.
