Description
Heavy duty ANSI 300 Swing Check valve to API and BS standards.
Designed to BS 1868 / API 600 / API 6D and pressure tested in accordance with API 598/EN12266-1. This flanged ANSI 300 Swing Check valve offers maximum service life and durability throughout a wide range of industrial applications, boiler plant and rugged environments.
The seat Ring and Wedge Disc are ground and lapped to a mirror finish that provides matching sealing surfaces. A free rotating Disc design to minimize localised wear on sealing surfaces. Standard internal HINGE design eliminates body penetration and allows ease of maintenance, since all parts are accessible from the top and the valve can be serviced insitu. High strength alloy steel STUD BOLTS and series HEX NUTS used.
