Description

A miniature 3/2 or 5/2 Flush push button mechanical valve that can be offered with a multitude of actuator mechanisms and various coloured cap buttons. Operation of this valve is push and spring to original state.

Available in 3/2 or 5/2 configurations with 4mm connections this flush push button pneumatic mechanical valve can be used with compressed air without lubrication.

The principle of the mechanical valve shown is based on a spool which moves inside seals that are fixed in the valve body. As the valve is operated the spool moves and opens and closes air passages. This valve is easy to maintain and assemble, it is compact in size and can be operated in many ways.

These valves have an average life of 15 million cycles depending on the application and air quality, filtered and lubricated air using specified lubricants will dramatically reduce the wear of the seals and ensures long and trouble free operation. Please ensure that the valve is being used in according to the manufacturers specification, such as air pressure and temperature and that exhaust ports are protected against the possible ingress of dirt or debris.
