Description
This Gas & Steam Modulating Temperature Control System is a pre-set system solution to control the temperature of gas and steam applications.
The system comprises of a stainless steel globe control valve with metal seat and BSP end connections with PID Process controller, along with a PT100 temperature sensor (50mm insertion, ½” BSP connection) and power and signal cables.
The process controller allows the user to enter set points of the required temperature that needs to be maintained.
This system has been devised from 1/2” to 4” (DN15 to DN100), covering a wide range of minimum to maximum flows. Recommended pipe distances and installations are detailed in the data information, as is setting up, maintenance and many other features related to the controller.
This system allows automation to be installed, run and commissioned in one easy package, offering reliability and cost effectiveness.
