Full Face Flange Gasket PN25/40 -EPDM

Our PN40 Full Face Gaskets are manufactured from strong 3mm EPDM/SBR rubber and built for high‑pressure sealing. Available in sizes 4" to 6", they deliver reliable performance in water, air and general industrial systems. The material offers 60 Shore A hardness, good tensile strength and 250% minimum elongation, giving each gasket a balance of flexibility and durability. They operate between –20°C and +70°C, handling short‑term temperatures up to 90°C. Moderate abrasion and weather resistance, combined with a no‑insertion design, ensure a secure, long‑lasting seal for pumps, valves and pipework running at PN40 pressure.
