Full Face Flange Gasket ANSI 150 - EPDM

The ANSI 150LB EPDM full face gasket is a 3 mm thick SBR/EPDM gasket designed for reliable sealing on pipe sizes ½" to 12". It includes accurate inside diameter, outside diameter and bolt circle dimensions to ensure a correct fit on ANSI 150 flanges.

The material provides 60 Shore A hardness, 3 MPa tensile strength and a minimum 250% elongation, with a working temperature range of –20 °C to 70 °C (up to 90 °C for short periods). With a 30% compression set and moderate ozone resistance, it is suitable for general industrial applications where EPDM is required. Full material traceability is included, and customers should check dimensions if they are critical.
